The hotel's decoration is charming and cozy, with a touch of traditional elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas are well-maintaned and spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the Pyrenees. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators making it easy to move around.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive and respectful towards the needs of senior guests.

Location and frienliness of staff.

Out of season, the hotel was quiet but the few staff were very good - friendly but polite and eager to help us enjoy our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was very good and better than expected.

I had a fantastic experience at Sno Hotel in the Pyrenees. The views were absolutely spectacular, with the mountains right at our doorstep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of food. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities like a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was excellent. I also appreciated the ample parking in front of the hotel and the attached Roto restaurant, which served great food.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, with the mountains right at your doorstep, perfect for exploring the Pyrenees. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The hotel is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable ski holiday, including storage rooms for boots and skis, a gym, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi. All of these amenities are included in the price, which is not always the case in Spanish resorts. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and I hope to return next year.

The kind and very service minded staff

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop as it provides meeting rooms with capacity for up to 200 people. The facilities were well-equipped and provided a comfortable and conducive environment for work. The staff was attentive and helpful, making my stay enjoyable overall.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace where I could work and have access to necessary equipment like printers and computers.

The food was very good. Sauna and jacuzzi facilities. Van service to go skiing from the hotel.

The location of this hotel was fire, right in the heart of one of the best winter sports resorts in Spain. We hit the slopes during the day and chilled in the hot tub in the evening. The free Wi-Fi was a godsend for sharing our epic mountain pics, and the ski storage made it super convenient to keep our gear safe. this place was dope!

If I had to ask for one thing to make this hotel even more lit for young party-goers like us, it would be a sick nightclub in the hotel. Imagine shredding the slopes all day and then partying it up all night without even leaving the hotel.

V.small rooms, v.poor service from slopes to hotel had to wait upto 30mins at weekends!! breakfast far too crowed at weekends. not really similar standard to some of the other 4* hotels in fomigal

An excellent team, always helpful and friendly. Well equipped hotel with everything needed for a comfortable ski holiday. Rich breakfast buffet and good evening menu. Spacious room with excellent bathroom and stunning balcony view. Lots of parking available and a great restaurant attached to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel for people who enjoy the environment.

Mountain lovers will find a great retreat here. Enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness rooms, which are well maintained. Breakfast is a highlight with a massive variety of items on offer. The shuttle service to take guests to the mountain is amazing, while the hotel's position gives an incredible view.

Those sensitive to noise might be annoyed by the lack of soundproofing in the rooms which can be disruptive. Even in the mornings, the noise levels can be beyond conventional levels.

It was not my first stay at this hotel, it was very nice and close to the town facilities and ski resort. about the spa the turkish bath wasn´t working, (the hotel didn´t turned it on during the three days of my stay) and the bath had some mould. After all, I will repeat my stay at it, due to the colse to the facilities and the politeness of the staff.
