The staff here was outstanding and always ready to help, plus the location was beautiful and right by the ski area.

Dirty bathroom.

This hotel features nicely furnished rooms with excellent bathrooms and is conveniently located just a short 4-6 minute walk from the city center and about 15 minutes from the bus stop.

Out of season, the hotel was quiet but the few staff were very good - friendly but polite and eager to help us enjoy our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was very good and better than expected.

Very comfortable and good sized room and bath room. Excellent dinner & breakfast with very good staff. Good location. Excellent stop en route Spain to UK.

This hotel offers a stunning location, perfect for dining and enjoying nearby bars, and I had a great night's sleep in the deluxe twin room.

Good breakfast

V.small rooms, v.poor service from slopes to hotel had to wait upto 30mins at weekends!! breakfast far too crowed at weekends. not really similar standard to some of the other 4* hotels in fomigal

The hotel's decoration is charming and cozy, with a touch of traditional elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas are well-maintaned and spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the Pyrenees. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators making it easy to move around.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive and respectful towards the needs of senior guests.

It was not my first stay at this hotel, it was very nice and close to the town facilities and ski resort. about the spa the turkish bath wasn't working, (the hotel didn't turned it on during the three days of my stay) and the bath had some mould. After all, I will repeat my stay at it, due to the colse to the facilities and the politeness of the staff.

I had a fantastic experience at Sno Hotel in the Pyrenees. the views were absolutely spectacular, with the mountains right at our doorstep. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of food. the hotel had great facilities like a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. the room itself was spacious and the bathroom was excellent. I also appreciated the ample parking in front of the hotel and the attached Roto restaurant, which served great food. Cons: All good 👍.
